What is a consignment agreement?
A consignment agreement is a record of:
i) Basic personal information of the consignor, including: the name, contact number, address and ID card number;
ii) Details of the consigned watch, including: the brand, model, case back and a detailed condition of the watch;
iii) the terms of the consigned watch and the agreed sale price;
After both parties (CEECAN.COM. and consignor) agree to the contents on the agreement, they shall sign and confirm a copy each, and the consignor can then put a deposit.
With the original consignment agreement in hand, the consignor can either 1) collect the payment check when the watch is successfully sold, or 2) the consignor can retrieve the watch if unsold.
